MOBEUS ADVISED VCTS INCREASE FUNDRAISING TARGET

This increased the total amount being sought under their respective Offers to up to £25 million each.
As a consequence, and following the announcements made by the Boards of Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc and Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc on 13 October 2017 to utilise their over-allotment facilities, the total amount being raised by all four Mobeus-advised VCTs is £80 million in aggregate, which is the maximum size of the Four Offers.
